At Simp’s Standard Co., each product is designed with intention and released in limited drops. Because of this, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges & Returns
- We do not accept returns for size, preference, or change of mind due to limited inventory.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@simpsstandardco.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product issue
- A brief description of the problem
- If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
Your order was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong item.
Your order was canceled before shipment.
Refunds are automatically sent to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Final Sale Items
Limited-edition merchandise, clearance items, and promotional giveaways cannot be refunded or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
